Parts OnLine or at your local ABB representative. If a coded RSP is not available, ask for a quotation from your local ABB or ABB partner.

A refurbished spare part can be the choice also in a case, that the part or unit the customer has sent for repair, is irreparable. In such situations, ABB quotes without request a refurbished spare part if a repairable material is available.

Coded RSP are easy to order via Parts OnLine or at an ABB dealer. ABB gives one year warranty for RSP as for new parts.

Inventory Access
Inventory Access - an ABB owned and maintained spare part inventory at the use of a customer. This spare part inventory is usually located at the customer's site or at an ABB location.

Inventory Access service provides the customer spare parts with no capital investment for a fee that is based on the inventory value and duration of the contract commitment.

In addition to the benefits of ownership and arranging logistics for customer dedicated stocks, ABB provides value added features like version management and customized warranty and incurs all obsolescence, depreciation, administrative and inventory ownership costs.
