What does an apprenticeship with ABB Australia offer you?

An apprenticeship with ABB Australia, unless otherwise stated, provides four years of technical training. It will also give you the opportunity to embark on an exciting, challenging and rewarding career with a global leader in power and automation technologies.

Types of apprenticeships

Most of our apprenticeships will be:

  • Electrical fitting which includes assembly, repair, maintenance and installation of transformers, switchgear, control and protection systems and related equipment.
  • Instrumentation fitting which includes factory assembly, fabrication, testing & analysis of electronic equipment and site service work
  • Mechanical fitting which includes maintenance and repair of large turbochargers.
